Corn Mint

Corn Mint is an aromatic member of the Mint family, although the aroma is not always considered pleasant. A short plant with small lilac flowers in whorls all the way up the stem, and pointed oval leaves.

Found in damp grassy places, woodland rides and margins or by fresh water, it flowers from mid summer to early autumn. Common mainly in the south.
